Horoscopes
Little Daily writes its own horoscopes. We do not buy, copy, or rewrite another publisher's readings.
Each day we calculate the positions of the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn at noon UTC with the open-source Astronomy Engine library. We map those positions to each sign with a documented convention (solar whole-sign houses) and our own theme guide.
A language model drafts one reading per sign from those numbers and our guide. A second model edits the drafts into our voice. Automatic checks then reject readings that are too long or too short, repeat earlier sentences, mention events the numbers do not support, or touch health, money, pregnancy, or relationship decisions. A person reviews editions before they publish.
The readings are AI-assisted and for entertainment. They are not predictions, and no human astrologer writes them. Accurate planet positions do not make astrology a science.
Everyone with the same sign and date sees the same reading. Public horoscope pages use the UTC date. Your own daily page changes at midnight in the timezone you choose.
Quotes
Quotes come from public-domain texts. We check every quote word for word against the source text, and link to it. We name the translator when the text is a translation.
Interesting facts
Each fact is written in our own words from a reliable source, such as NASA, NOAA, or a national museum, and links to that source. We check each source page before a fact appears.
Puzzles
Daily puzzles are six-letter word anagrams from our own word list. Each date has one answer.
Corrections
If something reads wrong, use the feedback form and choose “A content correction”. When we correct a published reading, we keep a record of the earlier version.
