Something familiar may call to you today, an old skill or hobby you set aside. The point isn't becoming better at it, just the feel of doing it again: kneading dough, sketching a page, fixing something with your hands. These returns often settle something that thinking can't quite reach. Give yourself permission to be an amateur at it, since the pleasure is in the doing rather than the result.
Spend fifteen minutes on a hands-on activity you used to enjoy.
